This is a beautiful home with gorgeous angled windows but the sun was
beaming through windows and causing a lot of “sun in your face” glare and
heat build up.  The client was concerned (rightfully so) about fading of the hardwood and furniture.  Privacy wasn’t the priority issue in this case, as they currently have no near neighbours, but the exterior before and after pictures show increased privacy.

This client had looked at tinted glass windows but the price difference was substantial. It was less expensive to buy clear glass windows and have them tinted to exactly the shade they wanted. Not only did they get a custom look for their windows, but the performance was superior as well.
